Marty, Philip, Rachel and Michelle; We will always remember Ruth's indomitable spirt, which Rachel captured so wonderfully in her eulogy. We will remember her always as a wonderful friend. Much love, Miriam and Stan

Jackie and I met Ruth about two years ago and instantly developed a wonderful relationship after being invited to "tour" their Massachusetts home (the reason for the tour is a long story) where we could readily see her warmth, sense of humor, and caring (she was commenting on the news that was on the TV at the time). Since then we have shared many meals and have had delightful conversations. My fondest was a conversation in a small park near their home where Jackie was speaking with Marty and I had the pleasure of chatting with Ruth one on one for a little while. By the way, the reason we went to the park was because we couldn't stay in their courtyard because every time they invited us over the lawn mower guy came (I think she planned it). I'm really going to miss chatting with her.
