Hello and goodbye to my godfather. You knew me when I was a young child, a small baby cradled in your arms. I've never been good with death, I've always felt disconnected from it though I suppose that's due to my own fear of it. When I heard the news, I didn't know what to believe. It still feels surreal to me, fake, like a dream. I'm not one for growing teary eyed I never have been, but I feel the pain of your passing deep within my chest. I can only think, dream of the memories that we could have shared in the future, especially now that I am a man. I wish I had more time with you here, but I know for a fact you dream on in a place far better than this. I love you and I want you to rest in peace now where there is no more pain, no more suffering. May God welcome you into his kingdom, just as you welcomed me into your embrace.

We were not just cousin's we were like Brothers. Went to high School together, and shared alot of moments. My fondest memory of Junior was always his love music. Heaven is having a party right now and I know junior is the DJ....

I never got a chance to meet you, but I knew you were amazing, funny, and extremely caring from all the stories I’ve heard about you. You were the godfather of my brother, and my mom and dad loved you. My mom remembers you and cousin Kamal teasing her all the time, and she loved every moment and considers them one of her most fondest memories. You and my dad were super close, he told me how he would get paid and buy snacks and stuff so you can all hang out together. One very prominent thing about you was that you loved your brother so much, and he knows that too. I know you’ll always be with us, and watching over us. Until we meet, sleep in peace.
